Welcome to this beautiful lakeside holiday home in Askersund! It is set right by the water, with a dock and a boat only ten metres from the house. Theres an excellent bathing spot only 150 metres away.


The house has a small kitchen equipped with the basic amenities. Theres no running water in the kitchen so you have to use a tub for the dishes. and a cosy living room, with a dining table, a sofa, and TV with a DVD-player. Please note that the TV only works for watching DVD:s, there are no TV-channels. In the bathroom, theres a washbasin and a separett-style toilet (a waterfree composting and urine diverting toilet). You will find the shower in the annex.


The second floor features three simple, but functional, bedrooms, two of which are equipped with double beds. The third bedroom has two childrens beds. The big, beautiful garden is equipped with a sand box, swings, and a trampoline.


The town of Örebro is not far from your holiday home (40 kilometres). The city centre of Örebro was voted the most beautiful in Sweden in 2015. Dont miss the marvellous castle from the 1300s when you are there! Other fun activities in Örebro include a guided “ghost walk”. The largest waterpark in Sweden is situated in Gustavsvik, and is also well worth a visit.


The lovely seaside town of Askersund is only 20 kilometres away. Here you will find a beautiful harbour and a charming town square with shops and restaurants. Take a boat trip on the boat Wättervik and see the archipelago of lake Vättern, and the beautiful castle Stjernsunds Slott!
