Tiled floor in downstairs, floor heating and mechanical ventilation system in both floors. The villa is located between Tarina Golf and Lake Kaleton on 3500 m² lawn plot, gentle sloap to the shore. Lot of plants and shrubs, hedgerow towards golf course.

Public beach on the opposite shore. Good berry- and mushroom picking areas.
A storehouse, berry bushes, garden plot and woodshed in the yard.

Lovely Place for golfers; from terrace 15 m to the golf course, club restaurant 1,2 km (during golf season, also catering service to the cottage).
Cottage will not be rented for groups consisting of under 25 year old persons.
