24 km west of Pori, Eteläselkä / sea 15 m. From the beach there are swimming stairs to the sea. The beach bottom is partly hard and partly soft / muddy and rapidly deepening.

Upstairs one bedroom with foldable sofa bed (180 cm wide). In addition, there is a lounge area with foldable sofa bed (160 cm wide). Upstairs also WC, terrace / balcony.

Both downstairs and upstairs air source heat pump. A central vacuum cleaner. The villa has one study room that is not available to guests (locked).

In the courtyard of the villa there is a wood-heated sauna building (25 m2) with a spacious dressing room, children's playhouse, garden furniture. Modern and well-equipped holiday home just off the sea near many interesting destinations.

This property is located in the island of Lampaluoto / Tylty only 9 km from Yyteri Beach and other services and activities. There is a bridge connection to the island.

This place can comfortably accommodate even a larger family. The roofed terrace offers good views of the sea.
The holiday home yard is well maintained, smooth and mostly grassy.

The smallest of the family will enjoy the playhouse with some toys.

There are neighbors on both sides with direct vision.
