Beautiful Tuscan country house, with an unusual natural “bio” swimming pool reserved for the exclusive use of guests.

Villa Eleonora is located a few kilometres from Lucignano, in the province of Arezzo. It is comprised of a main house along with an independent unit – both are rented together as a single rental to a group of friends or family.

A very unique element of this home is the swimming pool; a natural, bio-pool that uses a plant system to filter and purify the pool water – this means that the filtration system does not involve the use of any chemical products.

The swimming pool is lined with black lining which attracts the heat from the sun keeping the temperature of the water higher during the cooler seasons of the year.
In addition to the natural bio-pool, guests will be have also a "traditional" swimming pool (with chlorine depuration system); this pool is located about 100 m from the Villa and it is shared with the owners (size: 9.5 x 4 m; Depth: 1.50 m; open from June 1st to October 31st).

The house is quite large and has 2 communal spaces in which guests can unwind together. Stepping outside, the space continues offering guests the chance to make the most of outdoor living and the clean country air.

Available to guests: large private garden, bio-swimming pool measuring 100 m2 reserved for the exclusive use of guests, and open year-round, stone barbecue, the house has Wi-Fi internet connection, child’s cot, highchair and games available (no extra charge). Parking on the property.
Pets are not allowed.

Distances: Lucignano with a wide variety of shops - 4 km, Monte San Savino - 7 km, Arezzo (train station with great daily departures for Florence and Rome) - 25 km, Cortona - 30 km, Siena - 50 km, Florence - 85 km.
The local train line that links Arezzo and Sinalunga passes roughly 500 metres from the house.
Roughly 20 km from the property is the large “Valdichiana Outlet Village” where visitors can shop the most famous brands at great prices across clothes, shoes, jewellery and cosmetics.
