The property consists of a main villa with 8 bedrooms and a guest annex, just meters away, with 5 additional bedrooms. Access is via a well-maintained 3 km unpaved road.

As part of a working farm, Villa Le Buche offers incredible experiences for food and wine enthusiasts, including guided tours and tastings of its exceptional local products.

This magnificent villa is perfect for those seeking a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, while also serving as an excellent base for exploring the nearby towns and villages of the Val d’Orcia, such as Sarteano, Chiusi, and Montepulciano. Guests can also take day trips to Tuscany’s renowned art cities, including Florence, Siena, and Arezzo.

At guests’ disposal: 13 bedrooms, each with private bathroom, air conditioning, TV and safe; private infinity pool overlooking the panorama (15 x 5 meters; minimum depth 1,2 meters; maximum depth 1,5 meters); large indoor and outdoor spaces; panoramic views; free Wi-Fi internet; wellness center consisting of a gym with 3 Technogym machines (exercise bike, elliptical machine, weight machine), a relaxation area, 3 sensory showers, Finnish sauna, steam room, and heated pool with massage jets and counter-current system. First floor: 6 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower (2 bathrooms do not have a bidet).
Second floor (in the tower): double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

In the main villa there is also a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower (without window or bidet) suitable for people with disabilities, accessible from the outside only.

Lower level: wellness center made up of a gym with 3 Technogym machines (exercise bike, elliptical machine, weight machine), mats for yoga and floor exercises, gym balls for stretching, relaxation area; 3 sensory showers, Finnish sauna, steam room, heated pool (up to 27° C) with massage jets and counter-current system.
The wellness center is open from 15:00 to 19:00.

Guest annex (sleeps 10)

Ground floor: 5 bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower. The bedrooms are not interconnected, and are accessible only from outside. One of the bathrooms with shower is suitable for people with disabilities.
