La propiedad está situada sólo 2 km de distancia de Montepulciano (Italia), en la zona turística "Val D'orcia" y sólo a 31 km de distancia desde Cortona. Villa Nibbiano es una estupenda propiedad (250 m2) con piscina privada y internet inalámbrico. La propiedad puede acoger cómodamente seis personas en tres cuartos con tres baños.
A Montepulciano se puede llegar a pie en unos 25 minutos, o a 200 metros de la villa se puede tomar un autobús que le lleva a la ciudad.

The villa is excellent. On going through the gates you enter a place of peace and calm and relaxation descends. The grounds are spacious and well proportioned. Views from every room in the villa are exceptional. The s level of tranquility is also only a 25 minute walk the the beautiful hilltop town. We will definitely return to Villa Corolle.

Villa Corolle was just as pictured on the web site. Perfect location - close to town but at the end of a cul de sac so it appeared to be in the countryside. Unfortunately we visited in November so the pool was closed and the weather not ideal so we were not able to enjoy the beautiful outdoor grounds as much as we would have liked. Love the jacuzzi tub on the third floor! Kitchen was great for cooking and entertaining. We hired the owners son's finance to prepare a wonderful Italian meal that was outstanding. Would definitely return.

The villa’s location is excellent. From the garden you have a very nice view on Montepulciano. The best part of the villa is the garden and its outdoor area where you can BBQ.
The decoration of the villa is a bit old-fashioned but that did not bother us.

We were 2 couples visiting from Australia and loved the charm & ambience of this old Tuscan farmhouse. Very close to the town and old town. Very friendly owner who speaks very little English but he will be there quickly if you need him.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Corolle. I wanted to be in this specific area of Tuscany and there weren't many options, so I will admit I was a bit worried at booking. As others have noted, the villa could use some very minor upkeep, but nothing to detract from enjoying the property.

A wonderful place to stay, within walking distance of Montepulciano. The views were magnificent and the property was ideal. We were three couples and fully appreciated having three bathrooms. The gardens and two separate outdoor eating areas, allowed for lots of 'personal space' and we all enjoyed a perfect vacation to celebrate my sixtieth birthday with our children. Thank you. We will definitely return!

The Villa is set on a hill, in a quiet street and on a large block. The views of Montepulciano town from both inside and outside are stunning. The pool was great for relaxing in the heat of the day and there are numerous options for dining outdoors. It is approximately a 25 minute walk from the villa to the entrance of the town. This was fine for us, we did this every day, but may be a stretch for some. The host Alessandro was very accomodative and was available if there were any issues. WIFI was slow and could do with improving and ceiling fans in the bedrooms would also be beneficial. All in all, a lovely place that really meets the "tuscan villa" experience.

Second visit this year. Feel like home here. We are in love with this villa, property and area. Will return. This summer it was extremely hot in Tuscany, so we missed aircondition here. Diffucult to sleep so we bought to small table FAN. The villa is ideal for families with children in company with other family members or close friends.

Ein traumhaft schönes Haus mit stilvoller Einrichtung und super Blick auf Montepulciano. Das sehr große Grundstück enthält einen Olivenhain und ist rund um das Haus sehr gepflegt und mit Oleander und vielen Blumen geschmückt. In der nahen Umgebung gibt es unzählige Ausflugsziele und alleine die einzigartige und grandiose Hügel-Landschaft ist eine Reise wert. Alesandro hat uns sehr gut betreut und ist bei Problemen innerhalb von 10 Minuten zur Stelle. Leider hatte bei unserem Aufenthalt das Warm- und Kaltwasser einen unangenehmen Geruch. Insgesamt war es aber ein wundervoller Urlaub. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The very large property includes an olive grove and the area around the house is very well maintained and decorated with oleander and many flowers. In the vicinity there are numerous attractions and alone the unique and magnificent hill landscape is worth the trip. Alessandro cared for us very well and arrived within 10 minutes after our call to help us. Unfortunately during our stay had the hot and cold water an unpleasant odor. Villa Corolle is een ruime, goed gelegen villa met uitzicht op Montepulciano. Om naar het stadje te lopen vonden wij te ver, maar is wel mogelijk.
's Nachts hadden we wel last van blaffende honden in de omgeving.

We absolutely loved the villa. It was charming, lovely kitchen, fabulous views? Very private setting although close enough to walk to town in 10 minutes. Convenient location, short drives to other scenic towns and loads of area vineyards. We hope to return to Ville Corolle very soon.

Very well maintained for an authentic villa. Owners were very helpful. A few upgrades on furniture, kitchen utensils, TV set etc. would be in order. Would definitely reccommend it.

Really loved the setting and the property and the pictures were very much exact! Our biggest problem was that the owner spoke no English at all and we didn't expect that as we had been traveling all over Italy and had not had any language problems! Luckily his brother was visiting from Rome and agreed to drive over and interpret for us! We loved the dinner he arranged to be cooked at the house for us! It would help to have some updated appliances, we had to have one person hold the "on" button on the coffee maker the whole time we were brewing coffee every morning because it was broken! A microwave oven would have been so helpful also! We tried multiple times to use the washer to do laundry and just couldn't make it work right and the owner couldn't explain it to us in English! Over all it was a good experience though and we would rent a home again! Franco, the owner, was very nice and very attentive!

We very much enjoyed the Villa, with it's beautiful view or Montepulciano, beautiful terrace, and lovely interior. The furnishings were comfortable and in very good taste. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed our dinner or drinks on the terrace in the evening.

Villa Corolle was exactly what my husband and I were looking for - privacy, beautiful grounds and stunning views. This is a beautiful Tuscan villa within walking distance to town. The owners have done a marvelous job with the furnishings and we had every comfort of home. We did extensive research and were not disappointed in our choice. Montepulciano is the perfect size town for shopping, drinking wine, dining or just wandering around - we walked several times to town from the villa. The only (small) issue we experienced was getting there - we were not able to find the correct exit and the gentleman meeting us did not speak English. We made it eventually and it was well worth the trouble. I cannot recommend this villa enough!
