This holiday home has a unique location on a hilltop in the typical Ardennes town of Forzée. From here, you have a panoramic view of about 45 km over the forests and villages of the Famenne, as far as Luxembourg. The house is located on a quiet, car-free country road. Next to this building, just about 100 metres away, is the owner's house. This makes the owner easily accessible for questions.A fully enclosed garden of around 1200 m² is also part of your holiday home. Children and dogs can run free here. In this garden there is also a large terrace facing south, equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and a barbecue. A large swing is available for children. Near the entrance is a large carport measuring 540 x 370 cm.Your holiday home is suitable for up to six people and has three bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. All rooms are on the ground floor. The living room offers a comfortable seating area with TV, DVD player and radio, as well as a dining area for six. The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cooker, fridge, blender and more. There are also three bedrooms: one with a double bed 140 cm wide and two with two single beds 80 cm wide. The bathroom has a large sink, shower, mirror and storage space. There is also an extra toilet. An outbuilding houses a washing machine, dryer and storage space. The living room is heated by a propane gas radiator with an output of 8.72 kilowatt hours. The bathroom also has an additional electric radiator.The wooded surroundings, where red deer and wild boar roam freely, are perfect for lovely walks. In this area you will also find many picturesque Ardennes towns. The famous town of Rochefort is nearby and is definitely worth a visit. You can also go here for shopping. Just one kilometre from Forzee is a recreational area in a 500-hectare nature reserve. There are plenty of recreational opportunities here. Think swimming, horse riding, rowing, jogging and more. There are several playgrounds for children and you will also find restaurants and cafés.Internet is available free of charge in the holiday home.
