Thanks to the underfloor heating, which is available throughout the flat, there is always a pleasant warmth. The kitchen equipment with a two-ring hob, a filter coffee machine, a capsule coffee machine and a dishwasher offers everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes.Outside, the terrace invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors, while the garden, which is intended for communal use, offers space for relaxation and play.
