Guests also have access to a cosy outdoor seating area.It offers a living room with a double sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. There is also a dining table in the fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The flat has environmentally friendly geothermal heating. All in all, here you will find the peace and comfort of a holiday in the countryside with good transport connections. Here you can relax and take a deep breath.Restaurants, shops, doctors and banks can be found in the village about 400 metres away. There are also bus routes in various directions and a direct motorway connection in the village (A93 -600m). There is an extensive network of cycle paths in the region with local connections and there are many excursion possibilities such as to Bayreuth/ Nuremberg/ Regensburg/ Czech spa triangle. For sports enthusiasts, there are cross-country ski trails about fifteen kilometres away, downhill ski runs about 25 kilometres away and several swimming pools and bathing ponds in the surrounding area. Several museums and factory shops (especially porcelain) are located in the region and are well worth a visit.
