This holiday apartment is in a historical Jugendstil building the heart of the old town of Zell an der Mosel.The apartment features original wooden flooring or natural parquet. Satellite TV/radio, a DVD player and HDMI connections are provided. There is also a bicycle storage room that can be accessed directly from the street (Moselle side). Many car parking spaces are available on the opposite side of the street and on the adjacent parking area.The apartment is on the third floor and has a balcony with a view of the Moselle. It provides the latest technology and around 107m² of living space. It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower. There are three bedrooms each with double beds. The cosy living room has two sofas and a TV. The high ceilings, at 3.30m, are typical of historical buildings. The separate built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, four cooking rings, a dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo and filter) and a dining space. A welcome bottle of wine is presented on arrival and a Senseo coffee to recover from the journey. An iron and ironing board are available and the whole house has free wireless Internet access.The front side affords an unobstructed view of the beautiful Moselle. The rear side of the building is at the start of the Zell pedestrian zone with a view of the vineyards of the “Zeller schwarze Katz”.
