This holiday apartment is in a historical Jugendstil building at the heart of the old town of Zell an der Mosel.The holiday apartment is on the second floor and has a balcony with a view of the Moselle. There is also a bicycle storage room accessible directly from the street (Moselle side). Many car parking spaces are available on the opposite side of the street and on a directly adjoining car park.The apartment is technically up to date and provides 107m² of living space. It has a separate WC and a bathroom with a bath and shower bath. There are three bedrooms each with double beds. The cosy living room provides two sofas and a TV. What is typical of historical buildings are the ceilings 3.30 metres high. The separate built-in kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, fridge and freezer compartment, sink, a four-ring hob, dishwasher, coffee machine (Senseo and filter) and includes a dining space. A welcome wine is offered on arrival, as well as a Senseo coffee to recover from the journey. An iron and ironing board are available, and free wireless Internet access throughout the house.
