One double bedroom and one with two single beds are located on the ground floor and share a large family bathroom with a raised round bath and shower. A further shower room with toilet can be accessed from the outside. A stately staircase with a long suspended chandelier leads to a further living room with views over the garden and pool to the tennis court. Patio doors lead to a sun terrace; ideal for private sunbathing. The master bedroom with double bed has a dressing area. Two further beautiful bedrooms, each with two single beds, have wonderful views over the countryside. On the upper floor there is a bathroom with marble tiles and a round bathtub, and for tennis fans there is a private tennis court without floodlights.The outdoor area is spacious and offers a long covered terrace for al fresco dining. The large pool with water slide is surrounded by green areas for sunbathing and there is space for several cars on the plot.
