As soon as you enter the house, you will enjoy an exceptional view of the sea. All the rooms have sea views and direct access to the terrace of over 120m2. A garden table and 12 chairs await you to enjoy this space facing the sea. The swimming pool is to the right of the terrace, out of sight. Fatboy sun loungers allow you to enjoy the space around the pool.Casa Emnitan is located in a quiet, secluded area of around ten villas. Access is via a single road that links Sa Riera beach to Aiguafreda. The villa is in a cul-de-sac with another villa.
