The careful restoration has preserved the authentic Tuscan style of traditional stone farmhouses: exposed chestnut beams and lintels, 19th-century stone fireplaces, and warm, welcoming interiors.
Outside, a large panoramic garden offers tables, chairs, a barbecue, and a wood-fired oven—perfect for picnics, barbecues, pizzas, tastings of local products, and open-air aperitifs. The garden opens like a natural terrace with a spectacular view over the valley below and the Umbrian mountains.
The fenced swimming pool for exclusive use (12x6 m, max depth 140 cm) provides moments of pure relaxation; by the pool you will find sun loungers, tables, chairs, and umbrellas. For children, there is a safe play area surrounded by greenery.
Lovers of trekking, walking, or mountain biking will find beautiful trails nearby, winding through chestnut groves and centuries-old olive trees. In autumn, the area is perfect for mushroom and chestnut picking.
