This beautiful holiday resort is on the coast of Lazio, 1 hour and half driving from Rome. From here you can admire the beautiful Pontine islands, Ponza, Zannone and Ventotene which can be reached with the ferry in one hour.
It is a 3 levels villa with main entrance at the first level which is surrounded by a garden with two terraces and a porch.
There are 9 sleeping spaces, 3 double bedrooms, one single bed room, one twin bedroom, and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen, the sitting room and the dining room are at the same level of the garden.
From the two terraces and from the top part of the garden it is possible to admire the sea.

Nearest train station: Terracina, 15 km (20 minutes drive by car).
At Guest’s DisposalThe residence where the villa is has a private beach, tennis courts, bar and restaurant. It is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation and for a family with kids.
The villa has its own private and fenced garden and is surrounded by other villas. It is only 200 meters walking from the beach.

It is a villa on 3 levels (build against a dune) with main entrance at the first level which is surrounded by a garden with two terraces and a porch.
There are 9 sleeps: 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with tub).
The kitchen, the sitting room and the dining room are at the same level of the garden. Upstairs there are the 2 double rooms, the single bathroom and 2 of the bathrooms.
Downstairs from the garden level you have the twin bedroom, another double room and a bathroom.
From the two terraces and from the top part of the garden it is possible to admire the sea.
