Villa is in a very good shape, 10-15 minutes drive (at speed limit, the local may do it faster) to the village of Cortona, and about 6 minutes drive to the supermarket (Coop). Surroundings of the house are nice and the owner is very friendly.

My family of 5 loved staying here! It was perfect - wonderful house and surrounding grounds wtih pool. I highly recommend it and would stay here again!

The Villa is comfortable but the pool is shared for all the people who accommodate in the small complex which consists of 5 or 6 villas . generally I should say that the situation and atmosphere in the good weather condition is so good .
