Welcoming portion of an ancient farmhouse situated on hills surrounding Florence. This property was carefully restored and turned into 7 units (5 of which in the main house of the state and the remaining 2 created by restoring 2 former barns). The unit “La Stalla” is on the ground floor and offers a nice furnished garden ideal for al.-fresco dining. Guests can also enjoy use of a shared pool with solarium area, gazebo and sun-beds.
The location of this property is ideal to enjoy the Tuscan country-side and at the same time it allows easy access to the main surrounding art cities such as Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Certaldo as well as to the charming little villages of the Chianti region.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well.-maintained road.
Distances: Montespertoli with general stores 9 km away, Certaldo 14 km, San Gimignano 26 km away, Florence (airport) 30 km, the villages and hamlets of the Chianti area are within 30/40 km, Siena 48 km away, Volterra 55 km, Lucca and Pisa (airport) 80 km away.
At guests’ disposal: private, furnished outdoor area with table, chairs, sun-umbrella and barbecue, shared swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – depth 1,6 m – open from 15/06 to 30/09), open-air shower (cold water). Guests can enjoy use a 2 sun-beds in the pool area and 2 sun-beds in the private outdoor area.
The bedroom and the bathroom provide mosquito nets.

Extra Services: Baby bed available on request. Maid service by arrangement (€ 15,- / per hour to be paid on the spot).
