This quality stone two-storey holiday
cottage with a swimming pool, a whirlpool and a sauna is located on a 2500 m²
natural plot with lawn in the wonderful holiday destination of Blåvand.


The house was built in 1993 and
renovated in 2006. The wooden flooring originates from old ships, the rest of
the floors are tiled. The walls are water brushed, and the ceilings wooden. No letting to youth groups.


The swimming pool room is located on
the ground floor and is provided with a 6 x 3,5 x 1,3 metres swimming pool, a
whirlpool for 2 persons and tiled floor with underfloor heating. Next door is
one of the bathrooms, which has a shower cubicle and an entrance to the sauna.


On this floor there is furthermore
the kitchen with all modern appliances, the
living room furnished with a wood-burning stove, a stereo sound system, a flat
screen TV, a DVD-player, a video and a satellite dish. Free internet, the router is at the local office.


The first floor has a
guest restroom, an activity room with an air hockey game, Nintendo Wii, PlayStation and 4 bedrooms, one of
which is furnished with a section designed
for pastime with a TV, a video and a DVD-player.


A heat pump has been installed for
economical and eco-friendly heating and makes all year accommodation suitable.
