two-storey holiday cottage offers a fantastic panoramic view from the
balcony on the first floor.


The house is very energy-friendly with 2 heat pumps, one for heating the
house and the other for heating the pool. The 2 pumps were installed May
2015 and make the house very energy-friendly compared to houses without
heat pumps.


It is fully furnished with a satellite dish TV and a DVD player in most
of the bedrooms. The kitchen with e.g. a 75 litres freezer was
refurbished in 2005. The scullery is located by the main admission and
has good storage capacity. The 40 m² conservatory is supplied with
table tennis (no heating in the conservatory), the garden with
a play tower, a slide, swings and a football goal for the children.


The swimming pool room is provided with a swimming pool, a whirlpool and
an entrance to the sauna. There are two bathrooms, one of which has
underfloor heating. No letting to youth and builder groups.
