touch. In the activity room you can play table football, billiards,
electronic darts and table tennis.

table and baby bath. The kitchen has large fridge, freezer and
dishwasher. Of course there is underfloor heating in the bathrooms and
the rest of the house which is also heated by geothermal energy. There
are 3 TVs in different departments and PlayStation4, Nintendo Wii and
DVD player. There are no carpets in the house which makes it suited for people with allergies.


The swimming pool is 15 m² and has a slide for the kids. There is also a
swim coach so all week you can improve your fitness with daily strokes
combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna located in the
pool room. The pool room has high-vaulted ceiling.


There are two outdoor football goals and a petanque court as well as
sandpit and swings for children. 100 m² terrace with patio of which 25
m² are covered for barbecues and relaxation. There is a trampoline
(usage at own risk/insurance).


Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from the listed prices. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit must be in cash to the landlord at the house. No letting to youth groups.
