" Rosenholm " offers one of Denmarks most amazing houses in which even the most demanding guest will be thrilled. Suitable for both holiday guests who seek the optimal framework for an exceptional holiday experience as a business man who can combine business with pleasure.


The 2-winged timber-framed building was built after historic drawings. 174 m² tropical water park with 65 m² swimming pool. The pool area is decorated with caves, palm trees and a bar inserted in the pool. In addition, there is a 6- person whirlpool high above the swimming pool and a large sauna with glass door.


Due to the size of the house, the pool and whirlpool you must expect higher costs for heating than in a normal pool house. The season and irregular weather conditions and/or usage of the facilities can result in higher consumption (per week DKK 4.000 - 10.000). Max 18 people allowed in the house at all times. Due to the size of the house the price for deposit (DKK 1.000) deviates from the standard price. No letting to school and youth groups.


The three large and very tastefully decorated living rooms are equipped with complete hi-fi system with CD and DVD player and a flat-screen TV. In the English-inspired library with Chesterfield furniture, richly carved oak and mahogany furniture and more than 1,000 books there is ample opportunity for relaxing.


There is also an activity room with billiards and table tennis. For wine lovers there is a cellar (without wine) with a unique atmosphere. Wine rack and columns are made of 500 years old oak beams . The nine large bedrooms are all completely individually decorated with private bathroom with corner bath tub and/or shower. Four bedrooms on the 1st floor. To crown it all up is the "Presidential Suite", a 57 m² large bedroom with split levels, mahogany pillars, floor lighting and a private bathroom.


"Rosenholm" is located at Ronæs on Funen, directly by the Little Belt and Gamborg Fjord. The manor house is located in a 16,700 m² park with shady trees and several lakes directly to the private inlet beach.


"Rosenholm" is suited for mini conferences, representative occasions, family gatherings and the like.
