Holiday cottage with great decor. Built in autumn 2008 and located in
the newer resort at Tranum Strand. With the large windows that provide a
fantastic light throughout the day, the house appears very bright. The
choice of materials and furnishings are of high quality in modern Danish
design and will undoubtedly contribute to the familys well-being during
their stay. The house includes 3 bedrooms and a mezzanine with room for
a total of 8 people. 2 bathrooms and from one you have direct access to
the sauna and whirlpool. Kitchen/dining area and living room has an
open-plan connection. The whole family can gather for indoor activities
and enjoy the wide open spaces while being together. There is a small
covered terrace and a large open terrace. From here there is access to
large lawn suitable for ball games and fun for kids. Free admittance to water park in Blokhus.
Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilities


With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for
hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand
was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who
want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to
have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the
desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all
equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a
modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and
access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving
in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the
following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area:


Football golf with 9 holes


Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area


Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf)


Soccer goals


7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut


Petanque court


Huge sandbox


Swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, balance beam, spider net, seesaw


Beach volleyball.


When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy
beach with clean water that receives EU quality label Blue Flag year
after year. From the parking lot to the waters edge there is a ramp so
that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea.


Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many
of North Jutlands famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus,
Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjergs
steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget
to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from
the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area.
