The property owners live in the nearby town of Proceno (approx.. 16 km away) where they run a nice restaurant with “enoteca” (wine shop) offering excellent recipes of the local tradition.
This villa is an ideal destination for those seeking comfortable country-side accommodation in easy access to Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio.
The Val d’Orcia region with its beautiful little towns and hamlets and renowned spas (such as San Casciano dei Bagni, Bagno Vignoni, Sorano, Saturnia etc…) is in close proximity.
The access to the villa is via an unpaved but well-maintained road of approx.. 2,5 km.
Distances: Trevinano with groceries 2 km away, San Casciano dei Bagni with general stores and beautiful spas 12 km, Acquapendente with shops of all kinds 15 km away, Proceno 16 km, Orvieto 35 km away, Lake Bolsena 35 km, Pienza 45 km, Viterbo 67 km away, Siena 90 km, Rome 170 km (Rome is also accessible by train from the nearby railway station of Orvieto).
At guests’ disposal: 2000-square-meter, entirely fenced-in garden, private swimming-pool (12 x 6 m – min. depth 1 m – max. depth 1,6 m), open-air shower (cold water) by the pool, furnished portico with fireplace/barbecue. Washing-machine available.
The villa provides WI-FI internet access (free of charge).
Parking within the grounds.
Mandatory cleaning service twice a week: € 90,- / per week (payment on the spot).
Extra Services: Chef service on the arrival day or during the stay (payment on site). Food shopping service prior arrival.
Pets are allowed (max. 2 pets per stay; € 40 per pet / per week).
