(10% price reduction due to construction noise). 2 parking spaces are located directly at the house, the cable car is in 10 minutes walking distance, there is a possible exit by ski. Terrace (6mx7m). Pets are welcome. Small pool. Children can play unsupervised, due to no car traffic. Bed, bath and kitchen linen CHF 30.00 per person, taxes and final cleaning CHF 180.00 are internalized in the total price. For this apartment a deposit of CHF 400.00 is required, which you please pay upon arrival and fully recover if the apartment is left without damage and coarser pollution.
