The unique Villa on sand in the whole Tuscany coast, Casamare is situated on the beach front, only 15 meters from the shore.
The location is absolutely extraordinary being the house only few steps away from the sea.
The villa is rather simple with typical tuscan rustic style, but it offer all comforts. There are terracotta floors and wooden ceilings, 2 fire places, a special and particular atmosphere which is balanced by its unique and charming location. Not only the house is right on the sea, and surrounded by a big private pine wood, but it is also located only 4 km away from the exclusive ancient town of Castiglione della Pescaia, recognized as the best water and sea location in Italy in 2014.
There are 3 floors so that it gives freedom and privacy to guests.
At guests' disposal:The house has three livable terraces: one facing the sea overlooking the islands of the Tuscan archipelago; the other two look out onto the private pinewood at the back of the house.

Castiglion della Pescaia at 4 km, Follonica at 20 km, food shops at 1 km.
Golf Punta Ala at 19 km

Ground floor: simple but large kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, small electric oven, microwave, 4 gas ring hobs, electrical coffee maker, toaster, kitchen utensils, pans and dishes to cook for 12 people), spacious dining room with fireplace, 1 twin bedroom (can be turned into double), bathroom with shower and washing machine.
First floor: large living room with fireplace, 1 double bedroom, 2 twins bedrooms (one of which can be turned into double), bathroom with shower.
Top Floor: double bedroom with toilet (wc and sink).

El saldo se debe pagar 60 días antes de la llegada.
Para las reservas de última hora (dentro de los 60 días anteriores a la llegada) el monto total del alquiler debe ser pagado al momento de la reserva.
En caso de cancelación de la reserva, incluso si se sustituye por otra, se aplican las siguientes penalizaciones:
- el depósito inicial (25% del total del alquiler) si la cancelación se realiza entre el momento de la reserva y hasta 61 días antes de la fecha de llegada;
- el 100% del total del alquiler si la cancelación se hace desde 60 días hasta la fecha de llegada o en caso de no presentarse.

A dream in Tuscany. The setting, village close by, outstanding restaurants (surprisingly inexpensive), friendliness and responsiveness from the owners - - just perfect !!!

This property is in an excellent position for the beach with fantastic view from the veranda. It is as the description says a simple Tuscan villa with the basic facilities but we found it very comfortable and fell in love with the place. There is a campsite near by where you are able to buy food etc and a restaurant if you fancy a meal out so you do not have to come off the site. We would definitely return
