90 km north-west of Tampere, Lake Karvianjärvi 30 m (length 11 km, width 1 km), hard gently sloping sandy clay bottom, own boat, no pier.

Wooden cottage 1995, kitchenette and living room with sofa-bed, a sleeping alcove (with curtain "door") 2 beds. Bathroom (toilet and shower), sauna (electric stove). Terrace. In the cottage there is no fireplace.

Baby cot and high chair available only on request. Basic cottage in a quiet location. Lake is clear watered and rich in fish. Suitable eg. for a couple, small family or for fishermen. Yard area is flat, grassy and bright. Nearest neighbour is owner's other holiday cottage (12163). Owner rents Buster L + 40 hp outboard motor boat to a separate charge.

Karvia 10 km, Ikaalinen 50 km (mm. spa and "Titi-teddy-bear house"), Tampere 90 km (Särkänniemi), Pori 100 km, Kauhaneva-Pohjankangas National Park 10 km.
