The villa is located in the Follonica/Mortelliccio gulf, only 2 km from the sea ( reachable also by bike) and it is surrounded by the renowned Maremma countryside.

The sea is the main attraction of this area but in the surroundings there are many charming Medieval villages.
The beautiful towns of Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala are only 30 km away. In Punta Ala you will also find and elegant golf course.
For horse-riding lovers there is a riding-club only 500 mt away from the villa.
By car, in less than two hours, you can reach Florence, Montalcino, Siena and Pisa, the famous Tuscan towns full of history and art.
The harbour of Piombino is only 10 km away from the villa.
From Piombino you can reach the wonderful isles of Elba and Giglio, the pearls of Maremma.

At guests' disposal:
Outside the villa there are 3 gazebo (one of them is 6mt x 3) and there are also 2 bbq where you can cook lovely dinners in the warm Italian nights.
In the relax corner you can also find a table-tennis and a table-football.
The porch with its tables is the ideal place for a delicious breakfast.
The villa is surrounded by wooden floors and there is also a solar panel shower.

Large assortment of wines available in the living-room, to be paid extra on site.
Two French-windows take you to the porch and to the garden.

Both bedrooms have exit to the garden.
