separate sleeping areas. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom and
there is also a bathroom adjacent to the pool area. 2 spacious
mezzanines. The living/dining area is tastefully furnished with a stereo
set system with CD player, TV, DVD player, high chair, sofa area and a
wood-burning stove.


In the activity room you can play table football, billiards, electronic
darts and table tennis. There are several TVs and a PlayStation and DVD
player. The house is heated through geothermal heating.


The pool area has a large pool, slide, large built-in whirlpool and a
sauna. The pool is 18 m² and has a slide for the children. There is a
swim coach which helps you improve your shape with daily strokes.


Due to the size of the house the price for final cleaning on this Skanlux cottage deviates from
the standard listed price. Payment for consumption, cleaning and deposit
must be paid in cash to the concierge at the house. No letting to youth
groups.
