This beautiful villa with a private pool and gym is located just 10km from the gorgeous beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia, a well-known seaside area that has received the blue flag in recognition of the quality and safety and its coastal area.
The property is located near many places of interest; both culturally and historically, along the Tuscan coast (Vetulonia, Massa Marittima, Buriano, Castiglione della Pescaia, Marina di Grosseto, Principina a Mare, Punta Ala).

Available to guests: Large private and furnished garden, private swimming pool (9 x 4.5 m – minimum depth 1.2 m – maximum depth 1.8 m – open from 1/5 until 30/10), gym located on first floor in a wooden structure near swimming pool, furnished veranda with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a corner living space, as well as a barbecue area.
