This charming holiday home is perfectly located, overlooking the
archipelago of Gryt. With its own beach, dock, and a small green rowing boat and a red canoe, it is an excellent choice for a holiday home. Perfect if you want your own space: aside from the main house there are two separate guesthouses. The fishing opportunities here are
excellent, there is plenty of pike and bass to be caught.


On the bottom floor of the main building you will find the kitchen and
the living room. The second floor features two large, comfortable
bedrooms, one containing a double bed and the other containing two
singles. In the bathroom you will find a shower cubicle, a wash basin,
and a separett toilet (a waterless composting and urine diverting
toilet) installed 2018. The bathroom has two entrances, one from the inside of the
house and one from the outside. This makes it easier for those who are
staying in either guesthouse to access the bathroom.


The larger annex is spacious and contains a family room with a kitchenette as well as a terrace with a breathtaking view over the sea.
There are two comfortable beds and a TV, making it a cosy place to
stay. The smaller annex has two beds.


The archipelago offers stunning nature reserves and plenty of outdoor
activities. This is the perfect holiday destination for lovers of nature and the sea. If you feel like taking a day trip, Linköping is a great destination, situated 100 kilometres away. Linköping has a lovely oldtown-area with interesting exhibitions. Kolmårdens Wildlife Park is 90 kilometres away, and well worth a visit. Another great destination is Västervik and Gränsö Castle, 60 kilometres. Astrid Lindgrens World in Vimmerby is a very popular destination for families with young
children!


Please note that the next door neighbours must pass through the garden
when they want to access their boat house.
