Large balcony to the south, central heating, underground garage, lift, heated indoor pool in the house (use of the swimming pool at your own risk, closed from the end of April till the end of June und from beginning of November till mid December. Pets are allowed on request. Bed linen and 2 towels (CHF 27.00 per person), cleaning (CHF 195.00), and the tourist tax is included in the final price. Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. A baby bed and high chair can be booked at the rate of CHF 27.00 per stay. 112 m2. More information by the provider: Large apartment with 3 bedrooms (6 beds), large living room with a nice big lounge, south balcony, dining room, kitchen with all common kitchen wear. Bath with bathtub.
A deposit of CHF 300.- is demanded as a creditcard reservation (Mastercard, Visa) for the rented apartment upon arrival, to be provided to the concierge. For accessing the parking garage, which is included in the apartment costs. Babybed and highchair is available for CHF 27.- per stay upon request. Aditional Cleaning Services are possible and to be paid at an hourly rate of CHF 45.- excl VAT.Linen can be changed during the stay of the guests, at the following rates per person excl. VAT: CHF 20.- only linen - bed linen and towels 25.-, extra bath towels CHF 5.- per piece. At Arrival you will meet Edelweiss Services for the Key handover and check-in at THE MOUNTAIN SUITES (building right next to the Waldhaus Arena in Flims Waldhaus). This concierge desk is open daily from 9am till 9pm in winter high season and the rest of the year from 9am till 6pm. All key handling is therefor at the same location at the Mountain Suites, Via Sorts Sura 7 in 7018 Flims Waldhaus. The key hand over and check-in time is between 4 pm and 6 pm and the check-out time must be at 9 am.
