Renovada en 2017, se encuentra en una tranquila aldea de apenas 4 casas dentro del pintoresco Valle di Blenio, rodeada de árboles, prados y campos abiertos. Su posición elevada, soleada y tranquila, a tan solo 10 metros del borde del bosque, la convierte en un refugio ideal para quienes buscan paz y una conexión profunda con el paisaje alpino natural. El acceso a la propiedad se realiza a través de un camino de montaña de 150 metros o por un sendero a pie de 150 metros.

Espacios exteriores

La casa dispone de un patio privado donde los huéspedes pueden relajarse y disfrutar del entorno rural sereno. Un área de césped de uso compartido, mantenida en estado natural, amplía el espacio exterior y ofrece un lugar tranquilo para descansar entre los prados y árboles que enmarcan la propiedad. Los senderos de senderismo comienzan a tan solo 1 metro de la casa, conectando directamente los espacios exteriores con el paisaje alpino más amplio.
