A lovely part of Italy, not over developed. Everyone we met was friendly and we liked that they could not speak English. Local food is good. Terrific villages to walk to surrounded by chestnut woods.

We really enjoyed this villa (06-2012).
Stunning views and well located.
Some of the fixtures and fittings could be updated but that didn't detract at all for us. The grounds are superb and private, the agent is very helpful, had a great vacation.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

Hi everyone,
Just a quick note to say that we really enjoyed our time in Gydnia, we were welcomed warmly by Magdalena and her husband (key holders) and they were full of interesting chat about the local area. The flat itself was like a home from home, very clean and spacious in a nic neighbourhood which is close to lots of restaurants and the beach. This would be a great place to stay for families or a group of friends travelling together. It was certainly perfect for my friend and I.

An excellent property near the great town of Montaione. The owner could not have been friendlier or more helpful. One small criticism would be that the main living area could be better arranged with more lounges.

Looking for a beautiful, peaceful view, this is the place for you. Alberta was very helpful with any questions we had. Flat was clean and nicely furnished. Swimming pool refreshing. As we did not have a car, we hired a taxi for the ride out of Arezzo. Word of warning, if you do not have transportation, buy your groceries before you arrive. There is a small market about a half of a mile away, but supplies are limited. Looking for a tour service that picks up and returns to your rental? Try very Tuscany Tours. Great tour, and he even took us by a large market on the way home. Ken B houston, Texas

This property was a great place to base our Tuscan adventures from. The property is beautiful and offers the opportunity to do lots or nothing at all. My wife and I enjoyed hiking, swimming and barbecuing at this amazing place. The hosts were very helpful in their suggestions and were instrumental in my being able to find parking in Florence!

Property is very kid friendly, peaceful, and clean. Beds are not the most comfortable (compared to US). Everything you need is provided. The pool is great! We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to others.

We booked this site over the internet and hoped for the best after reading the reviews. It is everything stated and more. The setting is breathtaking and every day when we sat outside eating breakfast or dinner and relaxing by the pool we couldn't stop thinking how wonderful and beautiful this little corner of the world is. I can recommend this villa as a great place to stay and also if you have the opportunity make Barbara's culinary delights a top priority.

Wir haben mit 4 Personen einen sehr schönen Urlaub in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Anlage ist sehr geflegt und ist auf jeden fall weiter zu empfehlen!Eine sehr sehr nette Familie die euch hier erwartet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und in einem schönen geflegten zustand.Wir können dem Anwesen und der Familie wirklich nur Danken und geben daher 5 Sterne für diesen Urlaub.
