Die fünf Sterne gibt es vor allem für die traumhafte Lage und die Qualität des Hauses. Alles wurde mit hochwertigen Materialien renoviert. Auch mindestens fünf Sterne gibt es für die sehr zuvorkommende und persönliche Betreuung. Wenn wir etwas gemeldet haben, war sofort jemand da. Die Ruhe und die herrliche Umgebung ist ideal für Naturliebhaber (lange Spaziergänge) und Familien mit Kindern (Swimmingpool, Tischtennisplatte u.v.m.). Wenn dann mal Kultur angesagt sein soll: Lucca und Pisa sind in greifbarer Nähe. Wir waren in einer eher nassen Herbstwoche (Heizung wurde benötigt und funktioniert tadellos - kostet aber recht viel!!) hier. Auch wenn das Wetter nicht gut war: wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr geniessen können.
Hinweis am Rande: das eigene Auto sollte nicht zu breit und lang sein: die Auffahrt ist z.T. recht eng. Als Maximalgrösse kann der 5er BMW genannt werden.

There are also at least five stars for the very courteous and personalised service. When we reported something, someone was there immediately. The tranquillity and wonderful surroundings are ideal for nature lovers (long walks) and families with children (swimming pool, table tennis table and much more). If culture is the order of the day: Lucca and Pisa are within easy reach. We were here during a rather wet autumn week (heating was needed and worked perfectly - but cost quite a lot!!). Even though the weather wasn't good, we really enjoyed our stay.
A side note: your car should not be too wide and long: the driveway is quite narrow in places. The maximum size is a BMW 5 series.
Das Haus ist sehr empfehlenswert.
Wir hatten Pech mit dem Wetter, daher konnten wir die Vorzüge des Hauses nicht genießen. Stattdessen war es sehr kühl und feucht.
Aber grundsätzlich tolles Anwesen.
Lage sehr einsam und Anreise zwar sehr idyllisch aber auch etwas beschwerlich.

We were unlucky with the weather, so we couldn't enjoy the benefits of the house. Instead it was very cool and damp.
But basically great property.
The location is very secluded and the access road is very idyllic but also a little arduous.
Sehr schöne Wohnung, gut ausgestattet, in ruhiger Nebenstraße nahe der Grande Plage von Quiberon. Einziges Manko: Garage und Garagenzufahrt sind sehr eng, für größere Autos vermutlich nicht befahrbar. Wir haben uns durchweg sehr wohl gefühlt und haben den Aufenthalt um 2 Tage verlängert. Die Prozedur der Verlängerung war allerdings aufgrund des wenig professionellen Service der lokalen Agentur sehr ärgerlich.
Tolle, saubere Ferienwohnung, schön und modern eingerichtet, ideale Lage auch für Hundebesitzer, Kommunikation klappte hervorragend über WhatsApp, Ansprechpartner Patrick antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.
The apartment was okay, but not as good as some others we've stayed in, in that neighborhood. It was REALLY expensive for what you got. 71 steps to the apartment so you'd better be in good shape for the climb multiple times a day. The loft bedroom had a huge beam running down the one side and you needed to watch your head as you arose or you'd clunk it. Shared bedroom with another apartment where people partied until 1 AM making it difficult to sleep. My husband is tall and putting on a pullover in that bedroom had him smack his hand on the ceiling several times. The location is good, but most anything in Florence is walkable within minutes: it's a walking city. We would not rent this apartment again. The cancellation policy with no refund within 45 days of arrival is unlike any we've ever seen.

This is a very unique property with plenty of kitchens and is very tranquil nestled among the vineyards. The owner and her family are lovely and very responsive.
