We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Lucia’s Garden. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed with thoughtful items left by the owner. The outdoor patio was wonderful and we spent several afternoons watching the dusk fall with a glass of wine gifted us by the owner
Wir haben eine schöne Zeit verbracht. Das Studio ist klein, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für den Preis ok. Schade allerdings, dass WLAN extra kostet. Es ist gut ausgestattet, aber es sind etwas zu viele Teller und Gläser in den Schränken, so dass sie unnötig Platz wegnehmen. Das Bett war bequem, wenn es auch lästig war es täglich auf- und zu zu klappen. Auch haben wir im September immer noch einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück gefunden, obwohl es keinen eigenen Parkplatz für diese Unterkunft gibt. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] We had a great time. The studio is small, a bit outdated, but ok for the price. It's a shame that WiFi costs extra though. It is well equipped, but there are a bit too many plates and glasses in the cupboards, so they take up unnecessary space. The bed was comfortable, although it was annoying to open and close it every day. Also, we still found a parking space on the property in September, even though there is no dedicated car park for this accommodation. The location is excellent for walking and close to the sea. It should be noted that the photos and description of the studio can be misleading. The studio has a balcony without a sea view.
Schönes, rustikales Häuschen. Abgelegene Lage mitten im Grünen, man hat seine Ruhe! Unser Hund war begeistert. Besitzer sehr freundlich und bemüht bei auftretenden Problemen sofort Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Given the premium price I was paying for the villa, I was disappointed to have to spend the first 48hrs of a 5 day stay acquiring pool towels , which were expressly listed in the list of included items in the voucher I was asked to sign. I contacted the agency rep who informed me they were not included but when I sent her the list she said she would contact the owners. The following day I was told the owners confirmed pool towels were not included. It was only on sending a screen shot of the voucher that we finally got the towels. Other issues were in each of the bedrooms one of the bedside lights had no lamp shade. Our management rep brought these as soon as I pointed it out and was helpful throughout our stay. Wardrobes in two of the bedrooms had two drawers at the bottom. On one wardrobe a drawer handle was missing and there was a protruding screw which was potentially dangerous and on the other wardrobe there was no handle on one of the drawers making it unusable. Finally, I think it should be pointed out that one of the ' double bedrooms' is barely large enough for the bed, so nowhere to put clothes and had only a curtain across the doorway, so no privacy. I am saddened that these matters detracted from what is a charming property. I have answered ' yes' to whether I would recommend this property to a friend, but only on the basis that the matters I have raised are dealt with.
De ligging van de locatie is prachtig, vanaf beide kanten is het een prachtige slingerweg omhoog naar de villa, eenmaal door de elektronisch bedienbare poort gekomen was er alle ruimte om onze 6 auto's kwijt te kunnen. (En er is nog genoeg ruimte voor meer)
Elke slaapkamer is comfortabel en heeft een eigen badkamer en er is genoeg ruimte om in ons geval met een groep van 9 comfortabel te slapen, ontbijten, koken, barbecueën en te ontspannen. Het zwembad was een beetje fris in deze tijd van het jaar, wel lekker als het geen 20 °C is.
De villa is opgedeeld in 4 (voormalig) appartementen en een bijgebouw met elk een eigen keuken en woonkamer, zo is er nog extra ruimte om je terug te trekken.
Voor de villa is er plek om overdekt buiten te zitten onder de overkapping en achter de villa is er een prachtige ruimte met een grill.
De regio is ook echt prachtig, er is veel te zien en te doen. Als je er op uit gaat met een grote groep of grote familie is dit een heerlijke plek om je rustig terug te kunnen trekken en zijn veel mooie steden in een goed uur aan te rijden.
Ook zitten er plenty goede restaurants in de regio.
Wat ook positief opviel was de eigenaar, we zijn ontzettend vriendelijk ontvangen en rondgeleid. Ook hebben we een aantal goede tips meegekregen voor bezienswaardigheden.
Ze was verder erg flexibel met uitchecken al met al perfect, hier zo ik zo weer terugkomen!

Each bedroom is comfortable and has its own bathroom and there is enough space to sleep, have breakfast, cook, barbecue and relax comfortably with a group of 9 in our case. The pool was a bit chilly at this time of year, but nice when it is not 20 °C.
The villa is divided into 4 (former) apartments and an annexe, each with its own kitchen and living room, so there is extra space to retreat to.
In front of the villa there is a place to sit outside under the canopy and behind the villa there is a beautiful space with a grill.
The region is also really beautiful, there is a lot to see and do. If you are going out with a large group or large family, this is a wonderful place to retreat to and many beautiful cities can be reached within a good hour's drive.
There are also plenty of good restaurants in the area.
Another positive thing was the owner, we were received very friendly and shown around. We also received a number of good tips for sights.
She was also very flexible with checking out, all in all perfect, I will definitely come back here again!
