The Villa was very clean and mostly as described on the website. During our stay, the Jacuzzi wasn’t working.
The arrival went smoothly and the owner was very flexible when it came to when and how we would get the keys and pay the tourist tax.
During our stay we were very satisfied with the vila.
The only “bigger” issue we had was that in one of the bedrooms and the adjoining bathroom the lights weren’t working. However, the owner was very helpful and solved the problem.
Also, some of the pool loungers were in poor condition.
Overall the experience was very nice and I would definitely recommend staying at the villa.¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Sí

La casa è dotata di tutte le attrezzature necessarie per un buon soggiorno..... ci sono lavatrice, lavastoviglie e cosa molto importante aria condizionata. Dal punto di vista estetico non è eccezionale. Una menzione speciale va alla piscina vero valore aggiunto e sfogo importantissimo della casa (senza piscina la votazione sarebbe minore). Difetti ? la pulizia non è eccellente e quando arrivi ti aspetti che ci siano i letti già pronti e rifatti... invece trovi ler lenzuola imbustate e il letto da rifare (ma non è grave).

Aesthetically, it isn't exceptional. Special mention goes to the pool, which is a real asset and a crucial feature of the property (without the pool, the rating would be lower). Any downsides? The cleanliness isn't excellent, and upon arrival, you expect the beds to be made and ready... instead, you find the sheets in bags and have to make the bed yourself (though it’s not a major issue).¿Recomendaría esta propiedad a un amigo? Ich würde diese Unterkunft wieder buchen, wenn in allen Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage installiert werden würde. Alles andere ist wirklich mi fünf Sterne zu bewerten, Der Pool besonders, da man diesen wirklich für sich hat und er mitten im Olivenpark liegt.

Was een hele mooie en schone vakantiewoning, lekker ruim, voorzien van alle gemakken, mooie afgesloten tuin. al met al een prima recept voor een hele fijne vakantie.
De centrale ligging en toch rustige omgeving dragen bij tot een heerlijk verblijf.

Le lieu est vraiment très bien, un joli jardin et la piscine est très agréable pour se détendre en fin de journée. Le logement est bien aussi mais la climatisation manque énormément. La nuit il faisait 34 degrès dans le logement et les nuits étaient difficiles car le ventilateur au plafond brasse de l'air chaud et est bruyant. iI manque aussi des petites choses dans le logement comme des bacs a glaçons dans le congélateur et quelques denrées essentielles. Mais nous gardons un très bon souvenir de notre séjour.

The accommodation is nice too, though it really lacks air conditioning. It was 34 degrees inside at night, making sleep difficult because the ceiling fan just circulated hot air and was noisy. Das Haus war anders, als im Internet (Fotos) beschrieben.
Zunächst das positive:
Die Betten waren bequem. Ebenso die Sitzmöbel in Wohn und Esszimmer.
Die Aussicht war ein Traum, direkt auf den Yachthafen und den Schiffsverkehr dahinter.
Lage nah an Rezeption, Schwimmbad und Spielplatz.
Jetzt das negative:
Küche war schlecht ausgestattet (kein Messbecher, kein Sieb/Durchschlag, kein Pfannenwender)
Die Zimmertüren ließen sich nur schwer schließen (immer wieder aus dem Schloss gesprungen). Teilweise müsste man sie mit Kraft zuschlagen, was vor allem nachts sehr viel Krach gemacht hat. Einmal zu haben die Türen dann bei jedem kleinen Windhauch geklappert.
Die nahegelegene Autobahn hat tatsächlich sehr gestört. Die Lärmbelästigung hierdurch sollte man nicht unterschätzen.
