Abbiamo soggiornato la prima settimana di settembre, 4 adulti. Casa Narciso corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione, è una curata ristrutturazione di un edificio rurale di fine '700, di gusto e bene equipaggiata. Non manca proprio nulla, tranne la doccia esterna che in effetti non c'è benché sia menzionata nella descrizione. La piscina è stupenda, comoda la scala in muratura, suggestiva la sera con le luci accese. Siamo in campagna, per cui l'unico problema è rappresentato da piccoli insetti che abitano il giardino e finiscono anche in piscina., però il filtro entra regolarmente in funzione.

Das Haus ist ok, die Einrichtung eher spartanisch - keine Geschirrspülmaschine, keine Ablageflächen in der Küche, im Gemeinschaftsraum ein Gefrierschrank (kein Kühlschrank). Ein Tümpel oberhalb des Hauses ist vermutlich die Quelle vieler Stechmücken (Anfang September).
Wenn man diese Punkte akzeptiert, ist es ein nettes Haus, schöne Lage, viele touristische Ziele in kurzer Entfernung.
De woning is schoon alles zit er op en aan, het enige puntje van aandacht is de bank maar voor de rest echt een aanrader. Als je even wilt onttrekken aan de drukte zit je daar mega goed.

Schönes Anwesen in ruhiger Lage oberhalb von Lucca. Alles sauber und gut geführt und hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur die Anfahrt ist auf Grund der engen und kurvigen Straße etwas beschwerlich.
Wir können diese Anlage uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

We had a wonderful time at this spectacular villa. The house, the garden, the pool and the whirl-pool on the roof - everything is fantastic. Breathtaking views, house in excellent condition and a very nice location. We wanted to spend a quiet and relaxing week there, and that worked out perfectly. Francesco is a fantastic host, who left us alone when we wanted it and was available to help the second we needed him. We plan on coming back soon.
Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Pool ist super.
Leider sind alle Schränke mit irgendwelchen Sachen voll. Die Stromkosten sind nicht transparent, extrem teuer. Den Pool muss man zweimal bezahlen, im Mietpreis und bei den Stromkosten. Deshalb können wir es nicht weiter empfehlen
Le logement correspond à la description (piscine, climatisation, etc) mais l’équipement a l’intérieur reste basique : pas de micro onde, manque certain rideaux…..
La résidence est agréable, bien aménagé.
Lors de notre présence de nombreux locataires laissaient des chiens aboyer dans les logements.
