Ein schönes Haus mit schönem Garten und guter Ausstattung. Alles sauber und gepflegt. Jeweils einen Punkt Abzug gibt es für das ausschließlich in der Küche funktionierende WLAN (das übrigens pro Woche 10 Euro extra kostet und zeitweise extrem langsam ist) und die Verbrauchskosten für Strom und Gas. Die bei der Buchung angegebenen 50 Cent pro kW/h beim Strom hat der Vermieter einfach bei der Abrechnung auf 70 Cent angehoben, ohne daß das vorher vereinbart war. Ohne daß wir extensiv die Klimaanlage oder den Herd benutzt haben, sind wir so nach 14 Tagen Aufenthalt nochmals auf etwa 70 Euro Verbrauchskosten gekommen.

One point each is deducted for the WiFi, which works exclusively in the kitchen (which incidentally costs 10 euros extra per week and is extremely slow at times) and the consumption costs for electricity and gas. This is an excellent villa with wondrfull outdor area and pool.
Location is perfect, quite and relaxing and close to all main point of interest.

Siamo stati una settimana alla fine di agosto a Villa Lorenzo. Siamo stati molto bene. La casa è spaziosa e confortevole. La piscina molto bella anche se per la presenza di tanti tafani a volte diventa quasi impossibile stare in acqua. I proprietari sono persone gentili e presenti. Ad ogni nostra richiesta hanno sempre risposto in modo tempestivo e soddisfacendo ogni richiesta. Consigliata.

The swimming pool is very nice even if due to the presence of so many gadflies it sometimes becomes almost impossible to stay in the water. The owners are kind and present people. War eine tolle Unterkunft. Hatte alles was man brauchte. Kann ich nur empfehlen, die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In englisch konnte man sich gut verständigen.

maison très agréable pour des vacances en famille, bien située proche de belles plages facilement accessibles...parking facile en entrée, très grand jardin et belle terrasse pour déjeuner dehors...

Ein sehr schöner Ort, gerade wenn drei befreundete Familien zusammen ihren Urlaub verbringen wollen ist er perfekt dafür geeignet! Wir waren hier Ende August und konnten täglich neue Ausblicke aufgrund veränderter Wetterverhältnisse beobachten. Und für die Kinder war der schöne große Pool das tägliche Highlight nach Ausflügen oder Wanderungen in die nähere Umgebung.
