Ein Punkt Abzug wegen der Betten, wär Problem mit dem Rücken hat, sollte sich eine andere Wohnung nehmen.

One point deduction because of the beds, if you have problems with your back, you should move to another apartment.
Beautiful villa, garden and pool. Very well located for visiting places such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Cinque Terre and the coast. Quiet, rural location but easy to get to motorways.
Only downside is lack of air conditioning (the master bedroom was incredibly hot in August) and the number of mosquitos -stopped us from eating outside in the evenings.
Close to large supermarkets.
Very clean
Dishwasher, washing machine and iron etc. We were provided with dishwasher tablets and laundry detergent.
We tired to eat in Montecarlo on Friday night but all the restaurants turned us away as we didn’t have reservations - so book ahead. Restaurant Natale (5 mins from villa) was very hospitable and had good pasta and tirasimu.
Pool and gardens definitely the highlight.
We had a really lovely week - just protect yourself from the mozzies and sleep with the windows open.
We would recommend this beautiful Tuscan villa.
Das Ferienhaus würde ich jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Allerdings ist der Campingplatz und der Strand nicht besonders sauber.

Nous etions 6 personnes 2 adultes avec trois grands enfants et un de 9 ans tous ravis et enchàtés de leur séjour .

Tolle Lage, sehr schnell am Strand und in den Bergen. Moderne Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Eigentümern. Der perfekte Ort, um einfach mal abzuschalten und Sommer, Sonne und Meer zu genießen.
