Fantastic Holiday, the recent addition of the pergola and BBQ have really made a difference to the property. Ate outside all week, great views, lovely surrounding towns and villages, Villa was clean and very well presented. Mario & Lauro were fantastic hosts, really helpful with advice and nothing too much trouble. The property contained all the essentials you will ever need and the supermarket is only 10 mins max away.

Fantastic holiday, friendly and professional staff. This is a very famous venue were several top European families have been hosted for Balls and Hunting gathering. You’ll find notes and postcards from guests and friends, including the Queen of England. We had a great family reunion and it was a unique experience to be in the Corsini Castle (we did not realize it was such an historic place when we booked), with its own Etruscan and Roman ruins in the garden, besides the pool and spice garden. Terrific property. We were afraid to be suffering from the absence of air conditioning, but quickly learned why they did not use it in castles with walls that are 1.5 meter thick and cross ventilation.... highly recommended

Nombreuses défaillances dans l'appart : télévision en panne, poignée de porte des toilettes cassée, rideau dans le salon mal fixé, deux interrupteurs mal fixés avec un risque d'électrocution.
Par ailleurs, mauvaises surprises par rapport au contrat de location conclu via Homelidays où il était stipulé que les draps, les serviettes de bain et le wifi étaient inclus dans le prix de la réservation. Ce que vous avez remis en question une fois sur place à Interhome.

le logement sentait pas bon le renfermé j'ai du tout relaver à la maison je pense que les logements ne sont pas assez aéré ou pas chauffer l'hiver odeur de vieux et ménage à revoir.
Les logements sont bien situé bord de mer ça c'est l'idéal.

Lamentiamo la mancanza di informazioni prima della partenza, ad es la zona a spiccato turismo tedesco (difficoltà a comprendersi persino in inglese), l'utilizzo ancora delle kune (eppure la Croazia è Europa!), assenza del benché minimo concetto di raccolta differenziata.

The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were a lot of kitchen utensils too. The view was fantastic!

Il Ruscello is a really nice house with a great swimmingpool, lots of space, royal bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor with airco. If you like quietness and the feeling of being away from it all, this is the place to be. Sabina is a great host and a great cook! Make sure you have dinner at her place Le Valli one night. It is just 20 minutes away. And pay a visit to her brothers' Novo Frantoio to buy wine, olive oil and sausages. They are great!
We had a big storm one night and thereby problems with the heating of the water, but Sabina took very well care. If you need anything, she immediately does all she can to help.

Great relaxing location with fantastic view. Last large kitchen and pool was something we really enjoyed. Around 30 min drive to Lucca or the beach which makes the location very convenient. Also having a good food store in the local village just 10 min away
