Perfect setting for our family vacation. Beautiful pool, house and views. Close to restaurants if you do not want to cook. Francesca and Serena were so pleasant and helpful in setting up a dinner in and massages for us. Would stay again if we return to area.

We had the most relaxing holiday. Arrived to find the keys in the door and owner popped in to see us later, very friendly and so informal, just how we like it. Well located for Vinci , Florence, Pistoia and Montecatini with Lucca a little bit further. Pool area was very nice just one gripe only six sunbeds which some days wasn't enough but some days we had it all to ourselves. The road up is very narrow in places Oh and be aware Google Maps from the SP9 takes you up a lane that leads to no where, you need to go a bit further into Porciano. We stayed in the smallest property for 2 persons. I Would definitely recommend .

This villa was magnificent. Everything we could have hoped for and more? Views were extraordinary and a perfect location to experience Montalcino. The hosts were great as well - accessible, helpful and friendly. We loved it!

Lovely staff and beautiful accommodation. O lay one night but we ate st the locus day restaurant which was delicious. No complaints at all! We’ll be back!

Lovely house, very friendly and helpful people, very beautiful setting with the river so close by. The town is lovely and of course the Giant Mountains are magnificent.

Beautiful place; wish they had beach towels and directions to a beach but otherwise perfect : also would have been nice to have some basic essentials like toilet paper , paper towels , wash soap etc : very inconvenient to go to market a get these things for only 3 days
