bonjour. Bon séjour en famille dans cette magnifique villa. Beaucoup d'espace et chambres spacieuses. Dommage de ne pas avoir profité de la piscine. Petit bémol en ce qui concerne l'équipement une cafetière électrique à filtres serait la bienvenue ainsi qu'un grille-pain, et la télé ne fonctionnait pas (dommage pour les enfants). A part ça que du positif. Un départ un peu plus tardif serait mieux (10 h c'est tôt).
[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Hello. We had a nice family holiday in this beautiful villa. Lots of space and spacious rooms. It was a pity not to have enjoyed the pool. A little drawback in terms of equipment: a filter coffee maker would be welcome as well as a toaster, and the TV did not work (pity for children). Apart from that everything was positive. A departure a little later would be better (10 am is really early).
Sehr gutes Appartement. Zu beachten ist allerdings, daß es kein wirkliches Schlafzimmer gibt. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist eine Ausziehcouch zum Schlafen. Sonst gibt es noch ein Hochbett im Flur. Es ist alles sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man ist sehr schnell am Strand. Für unsere Zwecke, langes Wochenende, sehr zu empfehlen!!!
Wunderbarer Ort, um von dort aus die nahe Umgebung zu erkunden. Schön und ruhig gelegen. Das Apartment ist einfach, aber nett eingerichtet und vor allem zweckmäßig, wenn man mit vielen Leuten unterwegs ist. Kurze Wege für den schnellen Einkauf. Bäcker, Metzgerei, kleiner Supermarkt etc in Laufweite.
Wir würden insgesamt nur 3,5 Sterne von 5 vergeben...vor allem wegen der Schlafsituation: schlechte Betten, fehlende Jalousien, alles extrem hellhörig. Auch würden wir beim nächsten mal selbst Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitnehmen.
Leider lässt sich das so nicht auswählen, deswegen gibt gut gemeinte 4 Sterne - in der Hoffnung, dass nachgebessert wird!

The apartment is simple but nicely decorated and above all functional if you are traveling with many people. Short ways for quick shopping. Bakers, butchers, small supermarket etc within walking distance.
We would award a total of only 3.5 stars out of 5 ... mainly because of the sleeping situation: bad beds, missing blinds, everything extremely noisy. Also we would bring the linen and towels ourselves next time.
Unfortunately, this can not be selected, so here are 4 well meant stars - in the hope that it will be improved!
We have recently stayed at Villa Deli with a group of 7 adults. We have had a most wonderful holiday. The villa was perfect. Maria met us and explained how the appliances, air conditioning and general location of restaurants and market close by.
She was very thorough and responded quickly to any questions that arose from our stay there. The villa is spacious, charming and very clean.
The 60 steps down to the villa were not difficult and by the end of our stay even the less physically fit were able to climb with comparative ease.
Positano is beautiful. Many restaurants and lovely shops. We did reserve ahead of time for a driver from Naples Airport which worked out well. We also booked our Capri Island boat tour ahead and we're glad we did that as it can be very busy.
All in all a very successful and memorable holiday!
Better than my own house - this place was better than advertised!! My family had 4 dif rentals in cortona this week and everyone wanted mine next time !- it is close to everything you want to do ( well cortona is small ) but easy to find - mini- Mart is close by and the finishes and decorations were awesome - better than a 4 star hotel. The host thought of everything- there was a blow dryer, laundry detergent, AC ( but we didn’t need it as these old building retain the night cooling ) we could have prepared our own food but preferred to eat out at all the wonderful local places. Host Derna was great and daughter Lara helped translate - booking agency very helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer but would stay there again. My biggest comment to other visitors to cortona is to pack less clothes and bring sturdy walking shoes as it is truly a hill town ! Loved every minute of it
In general, our stay was very satisfactory and would recommend it. The 4-star rating is meant for the few areas of improvement that could be made.
First the good. The apartment is clean, beds are comfortable, location is awesome for walking to Lucerne train station(15min) or with multiple buses that runs every 4-6 mins.
Areas of improvement. The apartment can fit 4 people but only had 3 chairs at the dining table. But we managed.
The bathroom could be improved with a few more hooks for clothes and towels. There is plenty of wall space. We had to dry our towels using coat hangers in the closet.
The apartment does not have air condition which is normal for most northern European apartments. But there was only 1-fan in the apartment. So the other bedroom was a bit hot before it cools down late at night.
The apartment is part of the Culinary and Hotel Management school and is staffed mostly by students. And they were awesome and high with professionalism.
Hope these suggestions would be helpful to management to make these very minor improvements to yield 5-star rating.
Die Ausstattung, Lage und Beschaffenheit der Ferienwohnung entsprach im vollen Umfang der Beschreibung im Portal. Ebenso waren die Buchung, der Abschluss einer Reiseschutzversicherung und die Bezahlung gut organisiert und problemlos.
Wir wurden von der Vermieterin freundlich und mit deutscher Sprache empfangen. Für alle unsere Anliegen hatte sie stets ein offenes Ohr. Der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll gestaltet. Die Bemühung der weiteren Verbesserung des Komforts war auch zu sehen. So wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes ein stationärer Grill erbaut.

We were welcomed by the friendly landlady and in German language. She always had an open ear for all our concerns. The garden is very well maintained and lovingly designed. The effort of further improvement of comfort was also to be seen. So during our stay a stationary barbecue was built.
