Très bel appartement spacieux et bien équipé, face à l’océan et le palais de l’impératrice.

Belle maison conforme à la description, jolie décoration et à 50 m de la plage. Seule la vaisselle est un peu juste, pas de verres à pied, pas de tupperware, pas de ramequins. Par contre la gestion est défaillante, il a fallu aller chercher et rendre les clés à l'agence en plein centre de Quiberon, 2 fois 16km aller-retour dans les embouteillages d'un weekend de pont, pas top. Et à l'arrivée les lits n'étaient pas faits, le lit bébé n'avait pas de drap, les vitres de la véranda étaient sales ainsi que la terrasse et les meubles de jardin, il a fallu nettoyer.
Très décevant pour une maison de ce standing, le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas bon.

On the other hand the management is defective, it was necessary to go and get the keys to the agency in the center of Quiberon, 2 times 16km return in the traffic jams of a long weekend, not great. And on arrival the beds were not made, the cot had no sheets, the windows of the veranda were dirty as well as the terrace and the garden furniture, it was necessary to clean.

If you want calm, space, friendlines, helpfullness. this is the place.
When you drive up the alley it is something. The house is big and the appartment is realy big. The funiture inside is maching the outside and the garden is relaxing. The helpfullness is amazing, and thry try to help if thay can. I can only recommend this wonderfull place - and their ollive-oil is good! Beautifull location on a hill of over 700 m. 2,4 km of unpaved road to the location. Nice house, clean, good showers and bath. Some wineglasses were missed.

The house is spacious and has good facilities such as a washing machine. Our group of 6 were very comfortable. Pool was lovely to sit around in the day time. The house is quite isolated and it is a steep road to get to. Linen and towels were good quality. We stayed for 5 nights and for an extended stay would have expected soap and additional toilet paper. We stayed in early June and nights were cold. We turned on the heating for 3 to 4 hours a night and the bill was 100 euro which seemed excessive. Two things should be noted for people staying. 1st there are cats as in 6 to 8 that live on the property and hang around the house. 2nd is the cleaner and gardener come and go while you are there. They are friendly but we were not expecting people to be around. It is a lovely house, well set up and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a very nice stay in this apartment. In genera apartment is complete newly build.
Kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook.
It takes 15 minutes to get to the beach by walking.

Marco is a very friendly and helpful owner in all things you want to know.
Good starting point for sightseeing and hiking.
The house is cute and equipped with all you need, ideal for two persons. The very beautiful, fenced garden was perfect for our dog. There are places to relax and a barbecue area. The house is on a fairly busy road.

Super séjour dans cette spacieuse maison ! Le soleil était de la partie, ce qui nous a permis de profiter de l'extérieur. Bémol sur la piscine qui est chauffée à 22-24°C...un peu froid. De nombreux jeux permettent de se retrouver : ping-pong, baby-foot, château pour enfants... Le kiosque sublime pour les soirées apéros.
Attention en début saison, le ménage de la location est limite, intérieur et extérieur (jardin et piscine). Attention également aux options Wi-Fi et télévision, aucune des deux ne fonctionnent correctement ! Nous n'avons pas eu la Wi-Fi durant le séjour (la 3G non plus).
