Dieses Haus ist sehr schön, schöner Garten, sehr gepflegt. Ruhige Lage, trotz Straßennähe. Gute Lage für Ausflüge und sehr großzügig gestaltet. Eine schöne Villa mit Charme. Sehr gute Ausstattung! Alles da was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Etwas störend empfanden wir, dass tgl. der Garten gepflegt wurde, so dass wir nie alleine waren. Der Pool wird tgl. gereinigt, immer am Vormittag. Negativ war: die Preisregelung des Stromverbrauches. Man muss 1000 € Kaution hinterlegen, was uns sehr verwundert hat. 1000 € für 14 Tage Urlaub. Im Nachhinein haben wir es verstanden. Leider wurde uns vor Anreise der Preis nicht genannt und es wurde uns auch nicht gesagt, dass der Pool ununterbrochen am Stromkreis hängt. Aus bisherigen Urlauben kannten wir es dass die Poolpumpe nur tagsüber in Betrieb ist. Am Ende der zwei Wochen waren die 1000 € dann weg. Fanden wir sehr unangemessen und etwas unverschämt, aber nun denn, nicht mehr zu ändern.

Tolles Haus in toller abgeschiedener Lage! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und befindet sich in einem tadellosem Zustand. Der Pool ist riesig und hat den Kindern gut gefallen. Die Küche ist ebenso gut ausgestattet. Es hat an nichts gemangelt. Ab und zu fällt mal der Strom aus, aber es ist halt ein Haus mitten in den Bergen. Der Weg zum Haus ist holprig und lang. Man muss einige hundert Höhenmeter überwinden. Für tiefer gelegte Autos nicht geeignet, aber wenn man mal da ist, dann ist die Ruhe da und man ist alleine! Rundherum ist nahezu niemand!

Olivo is a very nice house with a beautiful and large garden in a marvellous surrounding. You can enjoy full privacy, the equipment and furniture are simple but charming and fully sufficient. We were four adults and a young child, and the house was absolutely spaceous enough. Due to many stairs it's not ideal for old or handicapped people.

We had a wonderful time! It was a great experience. Wonderful Sophia and Paolo for being so hospitable and kind. We hope to be able to repeat this great trip again and come back to Pitigliano

Our room was very beautiful, cosy and even suitable for disabled, everyone was so friendly and the food there is outstanding. Every night we got a different, yet exciting new dish. The suroundings are so beautiful and it's a perfect place for relaxation. I would recommend this Guesthouse to anyone who's looking for perfect getaway in the tuscany.

A beautiful place to stay, whether you are looking for a base to tour the magnificent Tuscan region or a relaxing time by the pool. The apartments are spotlessly clean, well equipped and full of Tuscan charm.The welcome from the owner and his family is the most amazing we have encountered in years of villa holidays,freshly cooked pizzas delivered, huge Italian tomatoes and fresh basil left on the terrace for us, followed by a wonderful meal with the family. The nearby town is great for all the essentials you need with a few restaurants, bars and a good supermarket. Fantastic local train service to Florence and onwards and reasonably priced. A fantastic place for a holiday.

We were two families with 4 children in total and what a wonderful holiday we had. The children spent most of their time in the pool or on the tennis court and there is a very nice shallower pool for the little ones. Also the outdoor kitchen has a great wood fired pizza oven that we used a lot. We also booked a chef to come and cook for us and the food was great We highly recommend the Villa and can't wait to return!

Sehr gut gelegene und schön eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, die tägliche Markthalle um die Ecke erfreute uns sehr, auch die kleinen Cafés sind zu empfehlen. Eine herrliche Woche in Saint Raphael. Merci beaucoup!

Very friendly and helpful owner; lovely villa; beautiful views and great swimming pool. Little noisy in the mornings due to farm machinery but not a big issue
