Additionally, within just a few minutes' walk, you can reach the Proschieri valley station, connecting you to the western side of the Lenzerheide ski area. In winter, you will benefit from direct access to the cross-country ski trail, located just a few meters from the apartment. The nearby Kinderland Heimberg offers ideal conditions for your children to learn skiing in a playful way at the Parpan Ski School. Furthermore, a beautiful and cozy toboggan run in the vicinity provides fun for both young and old. In summer, this location becomes a paradise for outdoor activities. Numerous cycling tours and hiking trails start right at your doorstep. The holiday home is only a 5-minute walk from the Heidsee and an ideal starting point for skiing, cross-country skiing, hiking and biking.
The flat has a cosy living room with a large terrace facing south-east. There is also a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with 3 beds (one of which can be turned out) and its own washbasin. Separate kitchen and a bathroom with WC.
