This was a wonderful cottage to spend a long weekend visiting family. With the grape arbor over the kitchen door and the wonderful flowers and articulated shutters, it felt like we were staying in a mini-Giverny! It was just two blocks from the market and only a few more to the town center, as well as being close to both of the larger beaches in Dinard. We had a truly lovely stay, and would return in a heartbeat!
We absolutely loved staying in Casa Clanis. The house was well equipped with everything we needed for the duration of our stay, along with tv, washing machine, and of course the magnificent pool which was large and spacious. Despite all these wonderful features of the house , the best part of out stay was the warm and welcoming owners. They were incredibly helpful with any inquiries we had, and even brought us pastries to enjoy upon our arrival. Our holiday in Tuscany was the best we've had and Casa Clanis played a big part in that !!
La casa está completamente equipada con todo lo necesario, la piscina y la barbacoa nos han dado mucho juego. El exterior está muy cuidado. Únicamente echamos de menos aire acondicionado y mayor seguridad en las puertas de entrada al recinto y a la casa. Aún así, no hemos tenido ningún problema. La limpieza no estaba mal pero sí mejorable
(English translation - The house is fully equipped with everything you need, the pool and barbecue have given us a lot of play. The exterior is very careful. We only miss air conditioning and greater security at the entrance doors to the premises and the house. Still, we have not had any problems. The cleaning was not bad but it could be improved)
Beautifull appartment, with a nice decorated lamp and a wonderfull shower for two persons. A private balcony was really nice. Supermarket and walking routes nearby including the Krimml Wasserfall.
Wir haben eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Raffaello gehabt!Das Haus war sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet!Die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Auch die Menschen in dem Ort waren alle sehr freundlich und herzlich!Wir würden wieder unseren Urlaub in der Villa Raffaello verbringen!
(English translation - We had a wonderful time at Villa Raffaello! The house was very clean and very well equipped! The landlords very friendly and helpful. Also the people in the village were all very friendly and welcoming! We would return to spend our holiday at the Villa Raffaello!)
I would definitely recommend this Villa. We stayed here for three weeks - a group of six people - and everything was wonderful. The position is beautiful, and close to Chianciano Terme which is a lovely, quiet town. The host Raffaele was very accommodating, and looks after the property well. There is no downside to this property.
Really enjoyed our stay at Palazzo Conti; great location, close to many beautiful villages and attractions. Restaurant on site serves great food and the sunset setting from the outdoor terrace is out of this world :)
Accommodation is a good size and completely spotless, fans for each of the bedrooms in the hot weather too. My only observations were no kettle, no iron and wi-fi not good but hey, you are in the Italian countryside!

Comfy chalet at the end of the street. Breathtaking views. Chalet is complete and great for short or medium term vacations.
